Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Policy:

  • At Famously, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward returns and refunds policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility:

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@famously.store to initiate the return process.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
  • Await instructions on where to send the item.
  • To expedite the process, please include a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
  • You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return within 72 hours of receipt. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 days. Please note that additional processing time may occur if relying on your bank or credit card company.

5. Return Cases:

  • Customer Remorse:

If the return is due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original shipping fee.

  • Faulty Product:

In the case of a faulty product, please provide clear images of the defect to support@famously.store. We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, issue a full refund.

  • Package Damaged:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Wrong Size:

If you received the wrong size, please contact us at support@famously.store for further instructions. We will provide a return label, and upon receiving the item, we will send the correct size or issue a refund.

  • Package Torn:

In the event the package is torn upon arrival, please document the damage and contact us immediately. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
